We are also experienced in the preparation of planned maintenance schedules and specifications for repair and maintenance.
Drawings
We prepare drawings for various schemes including refurbishment, alterations and extensions to existing buildings. We deal with a variety of buildings including offices, blocks of flats, shops and schools.
Specifications
Specifications, if required, are tailored to the individual project and contain detailed descriptions of the work to be done and the materials to be used. This when combined with contract terms and conditions forms the basis of the tender documents that can be used to obtain competitive quotations from building contractors.
Contract Administration
If required, we then monitor the building work on site to ensure that it is being carried out correctly and agree interim payments to be made to the contractor at suitable intervals.
